From September 16 to 17, participants in the European Travel Agents &Tourism Media FAM Trip to GANSU visited Lanzhou and Zhangye to experience Gansu’s distinctive cuisine and Silk Road culture. At the Lanzhou Beef Noodle Museum, they learned about the making of Lanzhou beef noodles and the culinary traditions behind this iconic dish. At the Giant Buddha Temple in Zhangye, they explored historic architecture and cultural heritage. From local flavors to centuries-old landmarks, the journey offered a closer look at Gansu’s diverse cultural and tourism experiences.
